SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM

All students in Greenwood Community Schools are served a standard, warm lunch regardless of the child's lunch account balance.  Any student who has a negative lunch balance is able to charge a school lunch to their account.  Due to COVID-19 and the impact it had on families, school lunches were temporarily free to all students.  However, that federal lunch program came to an end in 2022/2023.  As a result, many families are still facing financial hardships resulting in sizable negative lunch balances.  With the help of your donation, funds made to the Greenwood Lunch Angles will be handed over to the school corporation's food services program, and students with the greatest financial need will be assisted in erasing some/all of their lunch debt.  The Greenwood Education Foundation is a 501c3 and all donations are tax deductible.
